1. Will you visit my classroom to tell my students more?
Yes. To schedule an in-class or on-site visit, contact Sheila Knight, the Writing Center’s Graduate Teaching Assistant, at sheila.knight@uah.edu.
2. How will I know if my students attend the Writing Center?
Writing Center tutors fill out online record of session forms. These forms are emailed to the student and the instructor unless the student asks that the instructor not receive the record of session form.
3. I’m a biology instructor, and my students’ only writing assignments are lab reports. Can the Writing Center help?
Yes. Writing Center tutors work with a variety of writing assignments from across the disciplines.
