Within six months to one year prior to graduation, it is recommended that students begin preparing for the job search. Our Office offers workshops and individual counseling to help students build a resume and prepare to present themselves effectively to employers. Students also have the opportunity to network and speak with employers at career fairs each Fall and Spring semester and at presentations given by employers on campus at various times throughout the year.

Charger Path is a comprehensive career management system that links students and employers. All students enrolled at UAHuntsville have a Charger Path account. Login information, including usernames and passwords, are e-mailed to all students when accounts are created. To activate and use an account, degreed employment candidates must upload a resume. Through the system, students may manage personal information available for employer review and may view/apply to job postings. For detailed instructions on how to use Charger Path, select the link in the right hand column.
